I don’t coach from theory — I coach from 23 years leading high-growth teams at Fortune 500 companies and startups. I have had the privilege of leading teams of varying sizes, including small, agile groups as well as larger, diverse, multi-generational teams. Working in high-growth companies for 23 years has honed my skills in recognizing and attracting top talent.

Today, I help executives cut through politics, accelerate innovation, and lead with integrity.
