I’m a leadership coach, father, husband, and proud Canadian (Oh Canada!) who has spent the last two decades in the technology industry. I have had the privilege of leading teams of varying sizes, including small, agile groups as well as larger, diverse, multi-generational teams. Working in high-growth companies for years has honed my skills in recognizing and attracting top talent.

Together, we will work on developing the skills that make you an effective leader, including emotional intelligence, organizational influence, delegation, leading through change, and conflict resolution.
